Obtained from selected grapes from Quinta do Montalto, exclusively from the Syrah variety. With excellent sun exposure, the vineyards were conducted under the rules of Organic Farming, with the control of Ecocert-Portugal. It was aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.
This wine can be consumed by vegetarians.
Consume at a temperature between 16º and 18ºC.
