Description
This old terrincho cheese is produced with raw milk from the churra sheep, salt and animal rennet. Produced in the region of Trás-os-Montes with raw milk from the churra sheep commonly known as terrincha, it is produced in the warm land and upper Douro valley. It is a cured cheese with a semi-hard paste, white and semi-fine, slightly unctuous and with some eyes.
