Description

This Organic Soalheiro Nature Pur Terroir wine with no added sulphites, with complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Based on production concepts which value biodiversity, this Soalheiro is made from grapes of the Alvarinho variety. The bottling, without filtration, causes the wine in the bottle to be subject to deposit. This deposit is essential for the protection against oxidation, facilitating a stable evolution of this Soalheiro “out of the box”.
