The Workshop “The world of olive oil” consists on the following:

• Two professional olive oil tasting

Monovarietal Tasting  – Three types of olives most common on the north region of Portugal (Madural, Verdeal and Cobrançosa)

Regional Tasting – Three olie oils from three different regions of Portugal (north, center and south)

• Explanation of how should the tasting be conducted, the characteristics of each olive oil and the use of the olive oil in the kitchen.
• Ice-cream with olive oil

All tasting come with bread, apple and olives.
