These Terms and Conditions apply to all visits to and use of the Site and to the content (as defined below), information, recommendations and/or services provided on or through the Site. By accessing and using the Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as any other laws or regulations that apply to the Site, the Internet and/or the World Wide Web. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, please exit the Site.
Validation of the purchase order presupposes that you have taken note of and accept the general conditions of use of the Site.
Ownership of the content
The Site is owned and operated by Cosy Inside, Lda.
All trademarks, used on the site are only for demonstration of products marketed by our Company, so the user may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, edit, transmit, distribute or modify in any way that are trademarks presented.
Improper use of the Site
You are prohibited from using the Site to post or transmit any materials that are or may be infringing, threatening, false, misleading, provocative, libelous, invasive of privacy, obscene, pornographic, abusive, discriminatory, illegal or any materials that may constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or that would otherwise give rise to civil liability or violate any law. Use of this Site for advertising purposes or for conducting any commercial promotional activities is also prohibited.
Changes to the Terms
The prices shown include VAT (6%, 13% or 23% under Portuguese law).
To this cost are added the customs taxes, if applicable.
All orders through the website, will receive a confirmation with the respective details such as the total price of the order including the value of the shipping costs.
In case the Fábrica do Azeite cannot supply the order of a client in part or in total, this will contact immediately in order to solve the situation.
The orders will be processed and shipped, soon after receipt of proof of payment.
Shipping of orders
The estimated delivery time for distribution is 2 working days for any order within the national territory, and can go up to a maximum of 10 working days in case of stock rupture.
However, the delivery time after our shipment will depend on third parties, namely the company that will execute the delivery service.

The value of shipping costs is borne by the customer and will be calculated depending on the weight of products, weight of the safe packaging, and the destination of the same. This value will be indicated in the shopping cart before the final validation of the order.
All taxes and fees associated with the products and their transport are included in the final amount payable, except for customs duties payable both within and outside the countries of the European union.
Order Reception / Claims and Returns
All our products are properly packed in appropriate packaging, however we recommend that all orders are examined by the customer upon receipt.
If any irregularity or damage is detected in the product, we ask that you confirm that the contents are intact, and may refuse the same if you consider that it is not in the best condition.
In case of any anomaly with the order at the time of delivery we request, if possible, a photographic record.
If it is detected any imperfection or damage on the product, the customer must properly justify the reason for return and immediately notify the Fábrica do Azeite that will solve the situation as soon as possible.

Returns and Cancellations
An order can be cancelled by the costumer, without any cost and without any justification, since that cancellation is done before the payment and consequent expedition processing.
Fábrica do Azeite allows the return of the products within 15 days. However, at the time of return, the product must remain intact (including packaging that accompanies the product, labels and back labels), otherwise the return will be without effect.
If you want to return an order after receiving it, it should be carefully reassembled and returned to the shipping address described on the waybills.
You should keep the order in good condition until the return is made.
The amount paid in the meantime will be refunded, provided that, after being received and checked, the products are in perfect condition.
The shipping costs will not be refunded.
All products sold at Fábrica do Azeite are perishable or susceptible to suffer changes, depending on the handling conditions, inadequate temperature, luminosity or humidity, so in this way, we don’t accept the return of a product under conditions that have deteriorated its quality.
Products can be exchanged for another item available in the online store, as long as they are in perfect condition and the packaging has not been opened or damaged.
If you wish to exchange an item from your home, you should request a return via e-mail email@example.com, indicating the reason and the respective contacts so that we can get all the necessary clarifications.
The shipping costs and reshipping will be the responsibility of the client.
The deadline for any exchange or return is 15 days from the date of receipt of order.
Payment must be made by:
- Payment of Services at ATM
“Payment of Services”, with entity and reference, in any ATM or through your homebanking service. (Only available for clients of Portuguese banks. Payment service provided by IfthenPay.)
- Bank Transfer
The order will be sent within 24 hours after we receive the proof of payment.
Cosy Inside will not accept any form of responsibility for the absence of payment resulting from the incorrect entry of data by the customer, regardless of what these data may be.
Cosy Inside will use its efforts to ensure maximum confidentiality and security in data transmitted over the internet.
Invoices and Receipts
The customer will receive an invoice with his or her order.
If the name or delivery address is different from the customer’s name the invoice will be sent via e-mail, if requested.
The description, image and any other information of a product displayed in the online store may be changed without prior notice.
Product images may not fully correspond to the actual product image.
