Description
Castelo D´Alba Wine is a reference wine from the upper Douro region.
Origin: Grapes from non-irrigated vineyards in the Douro Superior, grown in organic production. Vineyards planted with grape varieties exclusively adapted to the region’s climate and soil.
Vinification and aging: 100% manual harvesting. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation for 3 weeks. Aging in bottle for 9 months.
