Acushla Chef Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil extracted from typical olive varieties from the Trás-os-Montes region – cobrançosa, madural, verdeal and cordovil – is a balanced olive oil, medium-fruity with a slight bitterness and spiciness. It has a yellowish-green colour.

Peroxide value: Max 15 meq O2/kg
