The AVÔ RAMINHOS is an extra virgin olive oil, organic, cold extracted from olives of centennial olive groves, highlighting the cordovil, verdeal and cobrançosa varieties. From the parish of Sendim da Ribeira (Alfândega da Fé / Trás-os-Montes), it is considered a balanced olive oil, medium fruity, yellowish green color, intense aroma of grass, a light almond candy at the beginning and a persistent and intense aftertaste of dried fruits and maximum acidity of 0.2%.
