CARM Organic Olive Oil great choice is very fruity and fresh, both on the nose and in the mouth. A strong aroma of fresh olives, apples and tomatoes, with an aftertaste of dried fruit, pepper and a slight bitterness.

Description

CARM was one of the pioneers of organic olive growing in Portugal, certified by Sativa and complying with the USDA PDO, giving rise to CARM Premium Organic Olive Oil 500ml.

All the farms with traditional olive groves that produce the olives are within the PDO of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro.

The olives are harvested by hand in steeply sloping groves and by mechanical vibration in the rest, between early November and mid-December.

Extraction is cold and continuous – traditional stone mill and/or two-stage ecological decanter.

This CARM Premium Organic Olive Oil 500ml has olive varieties: Madural, Verdeal and Negrinha do Freixo.
