Description

In Monte da Oliveira Velha that the olives that originate the Amor é Cego olive oil are born. It is situated 17 km from Évora and 25 km from Estremoz. It is a dryland olive grove of 62 years, where the purest olive juice is carefully extracted. The olives are picked by hand, placed in 20 kg boxes and processed the same day, in order to preserve all the properties of the oil.
